Mark Tranel | The Collector of the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, formerly elected to office, is now appointed to that postion under provisions of recent legislation in Missouri. The City Collector has responsibility for assisting in the collection of various taxes, licenses and fees. The most significant revenue source for general governmental functions is taxes.
