Police Blood Drive

The Bellefontaine Neighbors Police Department and City Hall has joined together with other police departments to protect the blood supply in our community.

Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center (MVRBC) is a non-profit community blood center, and is the exclusive provider of blood to the SSM hospital system in St. Louis. IN the Fall of 2005, MVRBC merged with Community Blood Center of St. Louis and started doing business under the MVRBC name in the summer of 2006.The Clayton Police Department is holding a blood drive in late July to offset the typical decline in donations during the summer. MVRBC has asked police departments throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area to follow Clayton Police Department's lead and host a blood drive within the department's own districts in late July. The Bellefontaine Neighbors Police Department will host their blood drive on Thursday, July 26th at the BellefontaineRecreationalCenter from 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM. Call Cpl. Vassallo, 314 867-0080 or Siinya Edmondson, 314 867-0076 to schedule an appointment. Please spread the word and together we can help our community.
