Meeting Rooms

Residents may reserve either of the two meeting rooms at the Recreation Center . They may be reserved for birthdays, anniversaries, wedding and baby showers and other functions. The rooms may also be used for business meetings. Due to the size of our rooms and hours of operation, wedding receptions are not allowed. Please note: Sales or fund raising of any kind are prohibited. Only one room per an event may be rented.

The small room will accommodate 35 people; the large one will accommodate 45.

Hours and Fees

Meeting rooms are available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday through Friday, and from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.

The rental fee is $50 for the small room and $60 for the large room for resident events.

There is a $25 security deposit for all reservations. This deposit will be refunded if the room is cleaned up after your function, and your group abides by the rules set down for room reservations. Please remember the reserving resident is responsible for the behavior of their guests and must be present for the entire function. We ask that you make out a separate check for the security deposit so we can mail it back to you after your party.

You will receive an approved copy of your room reservation, the rules for the use of the room and a checklist. Upon receipt, please read the checklist so you are aware of what is expected in the way of clean at the end of your party. Please bring this paperwork with you on the day of your reservation, as you will need the checklist and ID Card to check in at the control desk before anyone from your group will be admitted to the reserved room. When you have finished cleaning up, present your checklist to the Rec Center staff and they will do a walk through and inspect the room. They will have you sign the checklist after inspection of the room and if everything is in order, you will receive your security deposit check by mail within three (3) working days. If you choose to pay cash for the security deposit, it will take approximately two weeks to receive your refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to your reservation date and there is a $3 service charge on all refunds.
