Municipal Court convenes at 6:30pm on the second Wednesday of each month in the Courtroom, located at 9641 Bellefontaine Road. Doors to City Hall open at 5:30 p.m. Cases are heard on a first-come, first-served basis. The Judge will call defendants in the order they have entered the Courtroom. Any payment is expected at the time of court appearance.
Rules of Court
- Appropriate dress is required
- All Defendants, under the age of 18, must appear with a parent or legal guardian
- All electronic devices must be turned off

PAYING COURT FINES
Court fines may be paid by one of the following methods:
- Online: Fines may be paid online at Pay by Web if using a credit/debit card. www.courts.mo.gov/pbw (888)541-4894
- In Person: Fines may be paid in person with cash or money order. Court fines are accepted at City Hall Monday - Thursday, 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Money order should be made payable to the Bellefontaine Neighbors Municipal Division.
- Mail: Mail payments in the form of money orders, made payable to the Bellefontaine Neighbors Municipal Division and sent to: 9641 Bellefontaine Road St. Louis, MO 63137
- Drop Box: There is a drop box located in front of City Hall where payments can be submitted. If submitting via drop box, please include ticket/case number, first and last name, and date of birth.
